Hunter's Essence has an optional file called "Enhanced Blood Splash" (main mod file not required). It adds Witcher 3-style geysers of blood during combat—like geysers . Most computers can handle it without fps drops, but it does put some additional stress on the engine. That is: EBT alone will never cause issues.
